CBC New reported that Alistair Martin-Smith a private tutor in Hamilton has been charged with three charges of sexual interference and three charges of sexual assault.
Police say on Nov. 10 after two sets of parents reported that their children were sexually assaulted during private tutoring sessions.
Both families in Richmond Hill, Ont. (north of Toronto) say they hired the tutor to provide lessons in their homes; all three children were under 16 years old.
60-year-old Martin-Smith is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Newmarket on December 20, 2022.
The York Regional Police would like to encourage anyone who feels they may have been a victim of a sexual assault to come forward and report the incident to police.
