CBC News reported that Anis-Ur Rehman, a teacher at Ottawa-Carleton District School Board, has been charged. ^-year old teacher is facing charges of one count of sexual interference, one count of invitation to sexual touching and one count of forcible confinement.
The charges relate to incidents alleged to have happened at Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB) high school and at Rehman’s Findley Creek home.
The first crime is supposed to have occurred on the premises of Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB) high school where Rehman taught in November 2021 and the second between January and September 2018 at Rehman’s Findley Creek home. Both the victims are minor.
Police charged Anis-Ur Rehman, 68, on Thursday.
Investigators are concerned there could be other victims and urging them to come forward.
