A Newmarket resident has died as a result of an accident involving an e-bike and another vehicle in Aurora. York Regional Police is seeking witnesses to the deadly collision, which occurred shortly after 10 a.m. Thursday on Yonge Street and Gilbert Avenue.
According to police, the 26-year-old e-bike rider died at a hospital after being taken there. The other vehicle’s driver, a Volvo, was not harmed in the accident. There were no reports of any charges.
