CTV News reported that peel regional police had arrested William Soto, a part-time patient care assistant, for sexually assaulting an elderly patient at Trillium Health Partners.
According to police, the incident occurred in early November. No physical injuries were reported by the victim, according to investigators.
As a result of the investigation 32-year old William soto, of Toronto, has been charged with sexual assault. He was due in court on Nov. 12.
